big data analytics, expert systems, real estate internet applications and consulting.
During his career, he has worked in Director positions at large companies such as
Intel, Synopsys and Cadence. He has also had a passion for disruptive and
technology innovation startups such as Ambit (sold to Cadence), Envis
and Pulsic. Elias holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and a BS
in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Javeriana. He is fluent in English, Spanish

Marcio has over 20 years of experience in consulting, business development, sales
and management at companies such as ST Microelectronics, Future Electronics and
Tecnotree. His main focus has been in the areas of software design automation, electronic
components and telecommunications. He brings a lot of experience with business practices
in Central America, South America and the Caribbean, specifically in Brazil, Mexico,
Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela. Marcio has an MBA in Business Management from

Paul has a 25 year background in semiconductor and EDA with both deep technical
knowledge and extensive business experience. He works as a consultant in EDA, embedded
systems and semiconductor. Paul was educated in Britain and spent the early part
of his career as a software engineer at VLSI Technology both in California and France,
eventually becoming CEO of Compass Design Automation. Since then he was VP engineering
at Ambit, corporate VP at Cadence, VPs of marketing at VaST Systems Technology and
